Generally, Sundays every other week at Greater Seattle area
pools. (Lindbergh High School, Shoreline Pool).
Q: Does the Shadow Seals team compete in swim meets?
A:
Yes. Shadow Seals hosts the Marin Morrison Memorial
Meet annually, and some team members compete at other
regional and national levels, as well as internationally.
Q: How much does it cost to swim?
A: Costs to join include a USA Swimming membership and
ongoing expenses attached to the Shadow Seals program.
Some of these costs may be offset with Shadow Seals fund
